A 2nd Chance Recovery Center

A 2nd Chance is a spiritually based recovery center and a place in which to find hope, healing and spiritual growth for men with alcohol and drug addictions.

In our highly structured, 24-hour residential, 12 step based program, residents will be learning the fundamentals of addiction recovery, in order to insure continued sobriety.

A 2nd Chance Recovery Center offers a full range of treatment options for the chemically dependent individual. These services include:

Intensive Outpatient Program (lOP) - typically three times per week of group therapy programming, for a full eight weeks, with aftercare upon completion. Day or evening sessions available.
Day Treatment Program - 8 hours per day, 3-5 times per week programming for four weeks, with aftercare upon completion.
Partial Hospitalization I Inpatient Treatment - a 30 day inpatient program with aftercare upon completion.

All of the programs include a "family treatment component" which allows families an opportunity to learn about the recovery process and to assist them with the trauma that they themselves have been through in dealing with the addicted family member.

Approximately 50% of individuals with addiction problems also suffer from co-existing psychiatric or mental health problems such as depression, anxiety, anger, and paranoia. These conditions will be evaluated and treated on an individual basis. We will assist the recovering person in establishing and maintaining abstinence from alcohol and drugs using a holistic and 12 step approach without the use of addictive pharmaceutical medications which can often only perpetuate the addiction problem.

Partial scholarships are often available on an individual basis to cover the cost of treatment.

The center has a licensed clinical social worker and staff (certified by the Kelly Foundation), who have over 45 years of quality, long-term sobriety that will be teaching the Recovery Dynamics Model, along with sober living skills.

A 2 nd Chance Recovery Center is where pain is met with compassion and anger is met with understanding. A 2 nd Chance Recovery Center is an informational and privately, relaxed atmosphere, where each person is treated with respect, while being provided with a safe place in which to heal.
